Using a fork, mash the avocado pulp.
Add the chopped onions, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil, then mix everything thoroughly. The olive oil gives the guacamole a creamy texture but if you don’t like olive oil, leave the stuff out.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.

- Chopped basil
- Minced jalapeños
- Chopped tomatoes
- Garlic powder
- Cayenne pepper
