Admittedly, despite having “nachos” in the name, our recipe contains no tortilla chips. Instead, we’re using freshly cut, baked potato slices. Here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients for Steak and Potato Nachos
- 2 russet potatoes
- 1-pound skirt steak
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of paprika
- 1/2 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream
- Salsa (optional)
- 2 minced green onions
Slice up the potatoes, then place them in a large bowl. Put in the olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika, and then mix everything together.
