Here’s how to prepare oven baked baby back ribs:

Ingredients in the Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 rack of baby back ribs, halved
  • 1 cup of barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
  • 1 pound of green beans
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
How To Make The Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit or 140 degrees Celsius.
  2. Season the ribs with black pepper, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, salt, paprika, and oregano. Be sure to rub the seasonings evenly on both sides of the ribs.
  3. Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil, then cover the ribs with foil and bake it for 2 hours.
  4. Increase the oven's temperature to 500 degrees Fahrenheit or 260 degrees Celsius.
  5. Open up the foil to uncover the ribs, then spread the barbecue sauce evenly on top of the ribs.
  6. Place green beans on the sides of the pan, then season the green beans with some salt.
  7. Bake the baby back ribs and green beans for 10 minutes.
  8. Place the ribs onto a chopping board.
  9. Chop between the bones to separate into individual ribs, then serve the dish with green beans.
